In a monumental announcement at SC24, NVIDIA has unveiled its Omniverse Blueprint, a real-time physics digital twin framework designed to redefine engineering workflows in aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and energy industries. This cutting-edge technology enables developers to create interactive, high-fidelity digital twins, promising unprecedented speed, accuracy, and efficiency in product design and simulation.
By integrating NVIDIA’s advanced acceleration libraries and AI-driven physics frameworks, the Omniverse Blueprint offers software developers like Altair, Ansys, Cadence, and Siemens the tools to significantly reduce costs, energy consumption, and time-to-market. The reference workflow combines simulation, physics-based modeling, and real-time visualization, offering a staggering 1,200x improvement in simulation speeds compared to traditional methods.
“We built Omniverse so that everything can have a digital twin,” said NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang. “Omniverse Blueprints connect NVIDIA Omniverse with AI technologies, empowering developers to create transformative workflows that will industrialize the world’s largest industries—from design and manufacturing to operations.”
