NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang sets the stage for GTC20 by describing the implications behind the coming age of AI and welcomes the company’s developer community, now 2 million strong.
Computer graphics, the driving force of the company, has advanced with the new NVIDIA Ampere architecture, Nvidia’s greatest generational leap ever. In discussing the metaverse, he announces that NVIDIA Omniverse, a real-time 3D simulation and collaboration platform, is now in open beta.
NVIDIA Jetson AI computer is democratizing robotics and is now available for just $59 in the form of the Jetson Nano 2GB. Isaac Sim is a platform for training autonomous systems, including demos of BMW’s automated factory and the NVIDIA DRIVE autonomous vehicle system.
