Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Nvidia Corp. by Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C.

CHESTNUT RIDGE, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Sep 16, 2008 -- Notice is hereby given that a class action complaint was filed today in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California by the law firm of Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. and its co-counsel, on behalf of plaintiffs and a proposed class of purchasers of securities of Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ: NVDA) ("Nvidia" or "Company") during the period November 8, 2007 through July 2, 2008, inclusive (the "Class Period").

The Complaint alleges that Nvidia and certain officers and directors violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by making false and misleading statements and omissions concerning the undisclosed fact that Nvidia's graphic cards, which have been distributed by the Company, were defective and that the defect would have a material negative impact on the Company's financial condition, financial statements and future business prospects. Moreover, by failing to make the required adjustments to the Company's reported financial results, Defendants underestimated Nvidia's expenses and overstated the Company's revenue and income. Thus, the Company's financial statements, including its Form 10-K filings, for the period from November 8, 2007 to July 2, 2008 were materially false and misleading.

Plaintiff seeks to recover damages on his own behalf and on behalf of the Class and is represented by the law firm of Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C. and its co-counsel, Stull Stull & Brody. The firms have significant experience successfully prosecuting complex securities fraud class actions on behalf of defrauded investors.

If you engaged in transactions of Nvidia securities during the Class Period, you may, not later than sixty (60) days from September 9, 2008 move the court to serve as lead plaintiff, if you so choose. In order to serve as lead plaintiff, however, you must meet certain legal requirements.
