Experience ShareAEC.com - The World’s Fastest Growing Architectural Community

Campbell CA - June 22, 2011  - IBSystems, Inc., parent company of AECCafe.com and ShareAEC.com, is proud to present its first annual Sustainable Architectural Project Awards Challenge.  Entrants are encouraged to submit their energy efficient sustainable residential or commercial architectural projects for a chance to win valuable prizes and vie for prestigious awards in this one-of-a-kind challenge.

The challenge is open to everyone, from individuals to firms, and all entries will be featured prominently on ShareAEC.com and given full project exposure in AECCAfe.com’s popular ArchShowcase .

Everyone is a winner!  By submitting entries to ShareAEC.com entrants not only get heightened exposure but also become members of the web’s fastest growing architectural community.  ShareAEC.com members establish a gallery and portfolio to showcase their work, can comment and discuss architectural related matters with fellow architects, and follow and interact with other members in this social and sharing environment.

Prizes – Valuable Architectural Tools
Three prizes valued at more than $8,000 will be awarded to the winners, who will be judged by a panel of recognized architects and industry experts.  The prizes include an HP EliteBook 8760w Mobile Workstation, Graphisoft’s ArchiCAD architectural software, and the Bunkspeed Shot Pro rendering solution plus, each winner will also receive a prestigious award plaque in recognition of their achievement.

We’ve chosen an existing ArcShowcase project (partially shown above) as an example to show how your entry will be displayed on ShareAEC.com and in AECCafe.com’s Architect Showcase. In this example project, Mlicki Offices by Jonathan Barnes Architecture and Design, a commercial renovation project addresses the issues of sustainability through recycling.

The challenge begins today, and ends on August 31, 2011.  We’ve allotted more than 60 days to give you time to prepare and submit your entry.

We welcome your entries and look forward to welcoming you to ShareAEC.com’s social sharing web site, and to AECCafe.com’s ArchShowcase.
