Former Rand German Subsidiary Offers Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire
The multi-year agreement between PTC and INNEO enables INNEO to immediately sell and support PTC's Pro/ENGINEER(R) mechanical design software, including Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire(TM). In addition, PTC anticipates that as it enables its reseller channel to sell and support PTC's Windchill(R) Link solutions in the future, INNEO will also expand its offering to include these products. Combined, these PTC software solutions enable manufacturers to create digital products, collaborate on designs within the enterprise and throughout the extended supply chain, and control the digital product information throughout the product lifecycle.

INNEO will become a PTC Enterprise Software Partner, as well as a PTC Certified Training Partner, which, respectively, enable INNEO to build software applications for its customers that are complementary to PTC's product offerings, and provide its customers with high-quality education programs for PTC products. Additionally, INNEO will immediately become part of the growing number of PTC resellers under the Mensch und Maschine reseller network. Mensch und Maschine is the leading European value-added distributor of mechanical design software products, and a strategic distribution partner for PTC.
