Working closely with DMTI's Product Solutions and Client Management business unit leaders, Daniel will design a customer centric service development strategy that will concentrate on our customer's business objectives. A strategy that will further support DMTI's continuous commitment to putting our customers first; where our customer's success equates to our success.
Daniel brings 20 years of best practices to DMTI. Most recently he held the position of Director of Professional Services at BlueCat Networks where he was responsible for building, growing and managing the Professional Service group. Prior to joining BlueCat Networks, Daniel held Business Development Manager and Regional Services Manager positions at InSystems and Hyperion, respectively.
