Solido Design CTO to Present Advanced Statistical Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Techniques Paper at ISQED

SAN JOSE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—March 11, 2009— Patrick Drennan, Chief Technology Officer at Solido Design Automation, will be giving an invited tutorial on statistical techniques for analog circuits at the ISQED (International Symposium on Quality Electronic Design) conference on March 16, 2009, in San Jose, California.

The paper will be part of the “Advanced Technology & Design Solutions in Design for Manufacturing Era” tutorials session, and will discuss how to combine the accuracy of Monte Carlo simulation with the speed of digital corners into an efficient flow using “true corners” that are specific to a particular circuit, built around local and global variation, and include environmental variables.
