Computer Generated Solutions Acquires Some Assets of Cubed Technologies

Acquisition Marks Continued Momentum to Drive CGS' Leadership in Delivering Service and Support for Microsoft Dynamics

NEW YORK, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. (CGS), a leading provider of software, systems integration, eLearning and outsourcing services to organizations worldwide, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CGS Redmond Technologies, LLC (CGSRT) has acquired certain assets of privately held Cubed Technologies, L.L.C., a Microsoft(R) certified partner based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This move follows CGS' announcements in late Fall 2006 that its subsidiary CGSRT has acquired the assets of privately held FolioDev, a development company with strong domain knowledge in the professional services sector, as well as, certain assets of privately held DMS Technology Solutions LLC (d/b/a "Altara"), a Microsoft(R) partner recognized in 2006 as one of the Top 10 Microsoft Dynamics partners worldwide.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
