Attendees Will Learn How On-Demand Web-Based Collaboration Solutions Are Saving Homebuilders Time and Money.

SAN RAFAEL, Calif., April 26, 2006¬¬¬—Autodesk Inc, announced today that Jason Pratt, Autodesk’s Buzzsaw Subject Matter Expert, will present at the 2006 TecHome Builder Conference and Expo (Ontario, Calif) on Friday, May 12th from 2:30-3:30pm. Mr. Pratt will share how Autodesk’s on-demand collaborative project management solutions like Autodesk Buzzsaw and Constructware are helping customers overcome the challenges they face during the design and construction phase of a homebuilding project.

Mr. Pratt will explain how companies, like Centrex Homes, utilize on-demand Web-based collaboration solutions to accelerate their design process by 35 percent and save $18.5 million. By utilizing on-demand solutions homebuilders can streamline the management, sharing and accuracy of information while ensuring its availability to everybody involved in the building project. Mr. Pratt will explore how attendees and their teams can realize similar benefits by citing real-life examples of the challenges faced by home builders and the collaboration tools they’ve successfully implemented.
