Start planning your visit to the Siemens / DMG Mori / Ellison Technologies open house in Irving, Texas

November 19, 2013 - After a very successful Siemens / DMG Mori event earlier this year in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Siemens PLM Software is pleased to announce that DMG Mori / Ellison Technologies will feature a new technology center at their holiday open house in Irving Texas.

At this event, Siemens PLM Software and Siemens Industry Motion Control will join business partners Sandvik, Coromant and Renishaw Plc and HylaSoft to demonstrate how their solutions can be linked together and combined to help maximize the customer value of DMG Mori machine tools. For the last three years, Siemens PLM Software has partnered with DMG in Germany and in the U.S. to build a range of OEM-tested machine tool support kits for their machines. These kits form the critical connection between the NX™ CAD/CAM software and DMG Mori machines.

Many of the machines that will be on display at the event are available with the Siemens SINUMERIK 840D — a proven CNC solution that’s popular for high-performance, advanced machining tasks. Siemens Motion Control will also display its CNC-identical training system SinuTrain in a classroom environment.  SinuTrain runs on a standard PC without the need for any additional hardware.
