Applied Software Takes Off Into the Autodesk Cloud at Autodesk University 2012

Applied Software's BIM Experts to Host Numerous Sessions That will be of Interest to Architects and Engineering Professionals

ATLANTA, Oct. 3, 2012 — (PRNewswire) — Applied Software, a leading Building Information Modeling ( BIM) services provider as well as a provider of Autodesk 2D and 3D CAD products and services, announced today that three of its BIM experts will be lecturing at Autodesk University 2012 to help Autodesk Revit software users learn new ways to leverage the solution to improve productivity. The conference will be held at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, November 27-29, 2012.

Autodesk University is where design professionals from around the world attend classes, keynotes, product demonstrations, exhibits and networking events. Attendees can share ideas, work together to solve problems, and form professional relationships that they might not otherwise have. Attendees also get year-round access to over 650 online classes on the Autodesk University website.

Applied Software will present multidisciplinary lectures targeted at architects, engineers (structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing) and other design professionals who are using Autodesk Revit solutions. In addition, members of the Autodesk Revit Structure software development team, led by Brian Johnson, P.E., Autodesk's technical specialist for Structural Engineering Solutions, will be present at Applied Software's roundtable discussion on using Autodesk Revit Structure for cloud analysis.
