June 28, 2012 - KOMPAS-3D, the professional MCAD solution from ASCON, was presented last week at a seminar in Łódź, Poland organized by Usługi Informatyczne SZANSA. SZANSA is an ASCON Gold Partner and the Official Value Added Reseller of ASCON solutions in Poland.

The event was intended to present the rich feature set of KOMPAS-3D V13, the professional 3D and 2D modeler, to designers, engineers, and CEOs of a variety of industries. The seminar presented highly qualified specialists from SZANSA and ASCON speaking in practical workshops and demonstrating the functions of KOMPAS-3D and 2D KOMPAS-Graphic. All participants had the opportunity to use solutions themselves. The end of the seminar featured a contest in which participants solved several design tasks with help of KOMPAS. The winners were Anna Perschke, Krzysztof Kowalski, and Maciej Hajdrych, who were awarded full-function 6-month licenses of KOMPAS-3D V13, the latest release of ASCON's mechanical design solution.
