Don't underestimate the amount of help you will need deploying Teamcenter, even Express. We tried to do a lot ourselves and there are many mistakes I wish we had some experianced insight into before we went live. Things like use of revision rules in the CAD environment, especially if you are doing multi-CAD types. Seek help from someone like INCAT or UGS Services or some other experianced implementor. I know it is extra money, and sometimes big money if your installation is big, but not regret it. It's like how much is it worth to prevent a train wreck. If you avoid the wreck then people will tell you that you wasted the money, if you have the wreck then they will tell you that you should have gotten help up front. This is my experiance, it is a thankless job. :-(
