The ISD is not tested, V5 have not a workflow and ISD is complete new not tested.
I have worked 4 years in the ( ACA class A modul )system.
it is not a problem to convert Icem to V5. but it is a problem to work in V5 because you have to check problem report all the time. And history based system is not always the best way to work.
