We have a permanent opening for our client in Redmond Wa (Seattle). They are supporting the CATIA Community for Boeing and are in need of a helpdesk person.
You need to be a social individual for this opening, not good for introverts.
There is good potential for networking and opportunities for migrating into other areas for future with this.
Client does not pay for moving cost unfortunately.
JOB TITLE: CATIA HELPDESK FOCAL - Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder for consideration.
SALARY RANGE: 50k, permanent and contract options available.
ANTICIPATED START DATE: ASAP
Candidate must have some CATIA V5 Experience, client strongly favors recent grads. Power CATIA users will not be considered, they are not looking for hardcore users.
LOCATION: Redmond Washington - Seattle Region
CAD/CAM HELPDESK focals to provide L2 support for CAD/CAM users in the area of CATIA V4/V5, ENOVIA, DELMIA. You will be supporting the worldwide Boeing Community in CATIA.
* Receive calls from CAD/CAM user community
* Provide solutions for the issues / problems raised by CAD/CAM user community based on tip sheets available
* Re-route unresolved calls to respective Level3 focals
* Track issues / problems raised for closure
* Prepare reports using MS Office
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Production Engineering OR equivalent desirable
2+ years of experience in CATIA V4/V5
Should have strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills.
PLATFORM: Windows 2000/NT
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: CATIA V4/V5, Good social, communication skills. Need to enjoy helping, talking to others.
DESIRABLE SKILLS: ENOVIA, DELMIA
