Spatial Announces Commercial Support For Windows XP Professional x64 Edition In Upcoming R15 Release
Spatial Corp., a provider of 3D components (including ACIS), announced support for Windows XP Professional x64 Edition. The platform has been in Beta testing since late 2004 and will be fully supported in conjunction with the upcoming R15 release scheduled for June. The new 64-bit OS from Windows provides a growth opportunity for Spatial and provides the ability to better serve the CAE/analysis market. With a well-established customer-base in this market today, the company hopes that the power and extensibility of the Windows 64-bit OS will allow ACIS-based applications to address the needs of additional customers.
