TDSCE) announced today that the Company has been notified by
NASDAQ that the Company, with the July 14 filing of its 10Q for the
quarter ended March 28, 2003, is now current with its reporting
obligations and in compliance with all quantitative listing
requirements. Nasdaq has further notified the Company that as of the
beginning of business, Monday, July 21, 2003, the Company's common
stock will once again trade on the NASDAQ NMS under the symbol TDSC.
Until Monday, July 21, the symbol will remain TDSCE.
