announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Devtron
Russell's SolidWorks business unit. Devtron Russell Inc., based in
Gladwin, Michigan, had been a SolidWorks reseller providing integrated
solutions for design automation.

support, sales and service component of their SolidWorks business to
