White River Junction, Vt., and Las Vegas, Nev. – November 06, 2009 – Concepts NREC (CN), a world leader in turbomachinery design, research, engineering and manufacturing, today announces it will host a free Turbomachinery for Green Power Reception in conjunction with POWER-GEN 2009 at the Las Vegas Hilton Conference Room 11/12, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., December 8. At the Concepts NREC Turbomachinery for Green Power Reception, turbomachinery design engineers and manufacturers will learn what elements are necessary to include in a proposal for federal and private funding.
“We speak from many years of experience when we say we know how to assemble a winning renewable or clean energy technology grant proposal,” says Fred Becker, director of engineering sales for CN. “During our Turbomachinery for Green Power Reception, we will tell you what you need to do to receive funding for the new fuels economy.”
CN is currently working on a High-Performance Centrifugal Compressor for Pipeline Transmission project for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) in which CN is developing a large-scale centrifugal compressor for hydrogen pipeline transmission. CN also currently works on other green and alternative energy projects, including wind, hydro wave, geothermal and solar energy technology developments.
