offering extended six-month free trials of Alibre Design to users in
regions affected by the SARS disease: China, Taiwan, Singapore and the
Toronto, Canada area.
Known as software for 3D mechanical design and parametric solid
modeling, Alibre Design also includes robust tools for online,
real-time collaboration. Users conduct both spontaneous and scheduled
Team Design sessions to review and edit designs with colleagues.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome has infected several thousand
people, and caused numerous deaths worldwide. As a precaution, many
businesses are banning travel to Asia, preventing face-to-face
meetings for critical projects. In fact, the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention has issued a travel advisory that advises
against nonessential travel to Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore
and Hanoi, Vietnam. According to a survey by the Business Travel
Coalition, sixty-one percent of businesses are banning travel as of
April 16, up from 58 percent the week before. Businesses are instead
