Beijing, CHINA, March 26, 2003 – Cimatron China, a subsidiary of Cimatron Ltd. (NASDAQ: CIMT), a leading developer of CAD/CAM solutions for the tooling industry, will exhibit Cimatron E, its new generation CAD/CAM software, and QuickNC, the new NC solution for the tooling industry, at CIMT 2003 (China International Machine Tool Show), April 16-22, in Beijing, China. CIMT is one of the foremost international machine tool exhibitions, and Cimatron has always held a strong presence at this prominent show hosted by its subsidiary, Cimatron China.

This year, Cimatron's message is "Cimatron: The Toolmakers' Choice," and the company's booth will feature its new and enhanced solutions for the tooling industry, with an emphasis on improving and strengthening technical customer support to its large customer base throughout China.

Cimatron E encompasses a set of powerful, easy-to-use 3D design tools. The unified solid- surface-wireframe modeling environment allows the user to manipulate imported data, or create conceptual part designs with equal ease. In the design process, Cimatron E smoothly integrates tools to split part geometry, finds and implements engineering changes, creates electrodes and inserts, and details tooling components. During manufacturing, Cimatron E implements 2.5- to 5-axis toolpaths using high-speed machining, knowledge of stock remaining and templates to dramatically reduce programming and machining time.

QuickNC, designed with the tooling industry in mind, is Cimatron's market-proven preview technology that saves over 75% in process planning time. When compared to today's conventional NC software, Cimatron's QuickNC outranks the competition in NC process planning efficiency. The software enables immediate preview and fine tuning of toolpaths prior to actual calculation, and live communication via the Internet, where both parties can operate and discuss the full NC process in real-time.

Ms. Lang Yan, General Manager of Cimatron China, comments, "China's mold and die industry has rapidly developed in recent years, increasing the need for efficient and innovative CAD/CAM technology. We are confident that Cimatron E and QuickNC will provide the Chinese tooling industry with optimum CAD/CAM solutions."
