One of Russia's Largest Airports Signs on With Tecnomatix to Improve Passenger Terminal Services

NASHUA, NH -- (INTERNET WIRE) -- 11-03-2003 -- Tecnomatix Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: TCNO), the driving force in Manufacturing Process Management (MPM), announced today that Moscow's Domodedovo International Airport has purchased several eM-Plant licenses to help plan a number of improvements to the airport's passenger terminal. Domodedovo International Airport -- one of Russia's largest and fastest growing airports -- services passengers throughout Russia, Europe, Asia and the USA.

Domodedovo International Airport is using eM-Plant to plan the reconstruction of its international terminal, predict passenger flow and schedule day-to-day passenger services operations.

By implementing eM-Plant, Domodedovo expects significant improvement in project safety, greater flexibility in handling unpredictable aircraft equipment changes, and the ability to accommodate higher levels of passenger traffic.

"eM-Plant has allowed us to significantly reduce the risk and unpredictability involved in planning an airport expansion," said Ivan M. Korotkov, chief process engineer, Airport Domodedovo Passenger Terminal. "We have already realized significant improvements in our day-to-day operations thanks to Tecnomatix. These improvements include significant enhancements of our check-in planning, bus and gate scheduling and boarding."

"Our engagement with Domodedovo presents tremendous opportunities, given current modernization activities at a number of Russian airports," said Harel Beit-On, Tecnomatix chairman and CEO. "The door is now open for Tecnomatix to contribute to reconstruction projects throughout the country."
