What: TCT 2003 (Time Compression Technologies) Annual Conference
When: 11th – 13th November 2003
Where: NEC, Birmingham, UK
Abstract Deadline: March 21, 2003
Have you successfully reduced your Product Development Times?
Are you currently writing a research paper with wide reaching implications?
Can you drive discussion relevant to the Design Engineering Community?
TCT 2003 is an annual conference and exhibition now in its 8th year. The objective of the conference is to profile new research in time-compression technologies (TCTs), to showcase the current applications that are allowing manufacturers to make real time and cost savings and to address the issues that are impacting on rapid product development today. The organisers would like to invite world class research teams and manufacturers to talk at first hand about successful projects; thereby benchmarking themselves alongside their peers and addressing pertinent issues.
Let us know in no more than 250 words. Abstracts should detail the merits of TCTs as well as any problems that were encountered and/or overcome whilst managing a project. In addition, submissions should contain a provisional title, a summary statement of the overall paper and an indication of the appropriate session area(s) the final paper falls into.
Sessions under consideration for the provisional programme are:
- Design Methods / Management Strategies
- TCT Software and Simulation
- Reverse Engineering & Inspection
- Rapid Prototyping (Processes & Applications)
- Rapid Tooling (Processes & Applications)
- Advanced Tooling Solutions
- RP&T Material Developments
- Future Focus (Including Rapid Manufacturing and Low Volume Production)
All abstracts, draft and final papers will be subject to a selection process by TCT as well as by our Referee and Steering Committees.
All submissions and any enquiries should be sent immediately to:
