MATRIX MARKETING GROUP APPOINTS VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Clark Renfro Joins Senior Management Team of PLM Marketing Service Firm
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – February 20, 2003 – Matrix Marketing Group Inc. today announced the appointment of Clark Renfro to the position of vice president, strategic development. With more than 14 years of marketing, sales, and product development experience with both start-up and established marketing companies, Renfro will be responsible for business development activities at Matrix Marketing Group.

Renfro, who will report directly to Schildge, previously served as director, business development for The Hibbert Group, a leading provider of direct marketing services for the high technology and pharmaceutical industry. He has also held senior positions in product marketing, marketing, sales, and international positions for International Verifact, U.S. Bancorp and IBM.
