SolidVision to provide Document Management Training to New England's Engineering Community

Friday, January 31, 2003 SolidVision is pleased to announce that we are offering a new course for users of PDMWorks and those interested in gaining an understanding of PDMWorks. The focus of this course is on the fundamental skills and concepts central to the successful use of PDMWorks, which is SolidVision’s solution for management and re-use of engineering data and knowledge. The intended audience for this course is for PDMWorks users, administrators and managers interested in automating revision control of engineering information. Some topics that are covered in this course include: � SolidWorks file structure � File references � Vaulting documents � Accessing documents � The PDMWorks environment � Basic PDMWorks administration � Accessing data outside the SolidWorks environment � Understanding the PDMWorks Advanced Server The course will be offered on a regular basis and our first course in being offered in our main office in Oxford, MA on February 14, 2003.
