Instant Decision assists decision-making for many common business situations where there is a choice between two alternatives. The free tool for product developers and manufacturers allows a user to come to a decision in fifteen minutes or less on a pre-packaged set of issues such as whether to make or buy a given part. The goal is for Accord Instant Decision users to save time and money with their very first decision and then return to use this free service on a regular basis. Users will also experience the advantages of the built-in Baynesian Team Support technique, a scientific method of predicting outcomes even though the inputs may be based on uncertain future conditions or subjective opinions.

Accord Instant Decision is a fully functional decision analysis tool that evaluates each alternative against a set of supplied criteria. Users determine what is important to them and evaluate the options using a graphical interface. Instant Decision then produces a report documenting the deliberation.
