Opticore Inc. Selected by Automation Alley as One of 14 for China Trade Mission

Troy, Michigan, April 11, 2002 -- Opticore Inc. announced today its
participation as one of the 14 companies selected for the Automation Alley
trade mission to China taking place May 5-17, 2002.

Opticore is a global provider of real-time 3D software for interactive
product visualization. Leading manufacturing companies such as Audi, BMW,
Ford, Jaguar, Volvo, and Nokia successfully use Opticore software based
applications in areas such as design, engineering, manufacturing and
marketing. The company is privately owned with corporate headquarters in
Gothenburg, Sweden, and U.S. headquarters in Troy, Michigan. Opticore also
has local offices in Europe and Japan.

Automation Alley is a nationally renowned consortium of technology-driven
companies located in Oakland County, Michigan. The Automation Alley
consortium is an alliance of private, educational institutions and Oakland
county government businesses dedicated to strengthening its economic base by
developing and promoting Oakland County’s first-class technology cluster.
Automation Alley's 1,800 progressive businesses compete with other
technology centers such as Silicon Valley and Boston's Route 128.

The objectives of the trade mission are to bring more technology business to
Oakland County to further strengthen the Automation Alley reputation as one
of the top technology centers in the nation. Participants will engage in a
series of meetings with pre-screened contacts in Beijing, Shanghai, and
Suzhou, China. The meetings will range from potential customers and joint
venture partners to Chinese government officials.

Bill Anderson, CEO of Opticore Inc., feels this opportunity will greatly
