Edgecam’s New Global Customer Community

A new global Customer Community has just been launched for Edgecam users. The community is formed of knowledgeable Edgecam users with diverse backgrounds to share their experiences with others, helping everyone to get the most out of the market-leading CAD\CAM software.

Comprising forums, online documents, searchable database and technical videos, the eSupport Community is a one-stop shop for sharing technical information. Edgecam Support Manager Adam Smith says: “Customer service has become one of our competitive differentiators and we’re continuously building stronger customer relationships, so we’ve developed a Customer Community that’s available 24/7, which means users can ask questions to a community from around the world.  When users help each other, everyone wins.”

User collaboration in the latest releases, favorite enhancement, automation and tips and tricks forums enhance users’ knowledge of new functionality and builds advanced product knowledge.

Online documents include the latest Freeware, Licensing Guides and Edgecam desktop backgrounds.

Wiki is being continuously updated with topics from the forum to build a comprehensive knowledge base and Frequently Asked Questions database, as well as showing “What’s New” from each release, and resolved issues.

Current maintenance users can access Customer Community through Vero’s already popular Customer Support Portal, where users have access to Edgecam releases and Software Updates.
