GO2cam and MachineWorks renew long-term Partnership Agreement

SHEFFIELD - March 19, 2010 – GO2cam, the new name for CADCAM provider of GOelan, and MachineWorks Ltd., supplier of true solid-based simulation and verification toolkit technology, renew their 10-year partnership by announcing a new contract between the two companies. GO2cam renews its commitment to MachineWorks as the preferred solution for material removal, full machine simulation and collision detection for its GOelan machining solution.

GO2cam is a spin-off from Missler Software and consists of the R&D team of GOelan software. GO2cam is investing in GOelan CADCAM technology to ensure the continuation of innovative software development. Based upon 3 decades of CADCAM software development experience, GOelan is comprehensive CADCAM software used by over 5000 workshops to drive milling centres, lathes and wire EDM machine tools.

GOelanV5.10 and GOdental V2 – the CADCAM software for dental laboratories - will be released by the end of February and will incorporating MachineWorks’ 5-axis and kinematics libraries.
