DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2003--J.D. Edwards & Co. (NASDAQ: JDEC) today welcomed the unanimous decision of PeopleSoft's (NASDAQ: PSFT) Board to reject Oracle Corp's (NASDAQ: ORCL) unsolicited offer to buy PeopleSoft.
