Close Premium Finance selects Pitney Bowes Business Insight’s EngageOne to better engage, communicate and serve brokers
Windsor, UK, May 7, 2009 – Pitney Bowes Business Insight (PBBI), global providers of location and communication intelligence software, data and services, today announces that Close Premium Finance, award-winning providers of premium finance products and services in the UK and Ireland, has selected EngageOne™ the enterprise customer communications management solution to manage its communications output and deliver unprecedented interactive capability for future growth.
The only enterprise customer communications management solution which encompasses data capture, cleansing, document composition, stream manipulation and e-delivery, in phase one, EngageOne™ will enable Close Premium Finance to deliver assured document integrity, better distribution security and the capability to greatly expand its burgeoning document output for sustainable growth.
“We were looking for a solution to give us the agility to expand our communications capability in innovative ways,” said Tim Wilson, Sales & Marketing Director, Close Premium Finance.
“With EngageOne, Pitney Bowes Business Insight offers a ready-made solution which we are expecting will meet both our primary goal of migrating document output to the highest standards of integrity and accessibility as well as our longer term need to develop multi-channel customer engagement with our broker community.”
The first phase of EngageOne™ is due to be rapidly and fully deployed by June 2009, by which time Close Premium Finance expects to make a seamless transition in its current output of over a million pages per month with marked improvement in document integrity (including better bar coding), greater ability to reproduce documents and assured compliance and distribution security.
Phase one of the deal with Pitney Bowes Business Insight also features the integration of e2 Vault, a high-speed, high-volume, high-performing repository for full real-time indexing, compression, storage, and direct data-retrieval, giving Close Premium Finance and its brokers fast, reliable and secure access to the most up-to-date documentation.
This first phase of the deployment serves as a significant milestone in customer communication responsiveness, document integrity and customer accessibility.
“Close is a progressive, pioneering premium finance organisation with a clear business vision. It is aiming to support its customers through solutions that increase the company’s responsiveness and flexibility” comments Phil Withers, Business Development Manager, Customer Communications Management, Pitney Bowes Business Insight for the EMEA region.
“In selecting EngageOne and e2 Vault, Close Premium Finance is able to support its future growth through the deployment of agile, multi-channel, electronic customer communications. We’re delighted to work in partnership with Close Premium Finance and look forward to reporting on the success of these critical deployments and the improvements they deliver to the company’s customer communications.”
