In the third quarter of 2001, ComROAD increased its turnover by more than 110 %
Unterschleissheim (Germany), October 23, 2001 — In the third quarter of the business year 2001, ComROAD AG, (Neuer Markt: RD4), worldwide leading provider of telematic networks, reached a turnover of € 27.9 million — this equals an increase of more than 110 % compared to the same period in the previous year.
With the company stepping up its marketing activities at the trade fairs "Internationale Funkausstellung" (International Radio and Television Exhibition in Berlin, August 2001), "Internationale Automobilausstellung" (International Automobile Exhibition) and "EyeforAuto" telematics congress (Frankfurt, September 2001), the "ITS (International Transport Services) World Congress" in Sydney, SYSTEMS in Munich (October 2001) as well as a road show in China, a great number of major new orders could be generated in cooperation with ComROAD's 36 GTTS partners, 3 distributors and 800 dealers.

As a result, the Board of Management expects that the company will reach the turnover of € 95 million targeted for the business year 2001.

The final quarterly performance as well as the reporting about the period ending on September 30, 2001, will be announced on November 5, 2001.
