About the Océ ColorWave 600 Printer and Océ CrystalPoint™ Technology

The Océ ColorWave 600 printer is based on Océ CrystalPoint technology. This unique technology, developed entirely by Océ, utilizes solid Océ TonerPearls toner. During the printing process, the toner is converted into a gel, which is jetted onto plain paper or other media surfaces. This tonergel jetting technique produces crisp, high quality prints, which are direct dry, water fast and robust enough for outdoor use. The Océ ColorWave 600 printer prints these images with a speed of up to half a minute for an E-size drawing, making it one of the fastest wide format color printers on the market. The Océ ColorWave 600 printer is ideal for technical documents like CAD drawings and plots, GIS documents and architectural renderings. The system is also setting new standards in making personalized point-of-purchase signs.
