Exploring Why Companies Like Google Choose the Places They Do

DETROIT, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Academic and civic leaders join Kamen and Google execs to look at ways cities and universities can attract talent and make Michigan more globally competitive

DETROIT, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Producers for the Creative Cities Summit 2.0 today announced that Segway inventor and entrepreneur Dean Kamen and Google's John Burchett and Grady Barnett will join U-M Vice President for Research Stephen Forest, MSU Provost Kim Wilcox and others for a special conversation about Michigan's emerging economy. The panel discussion will take place from 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in the Columbus Ballroom at the Renaissance Center.

Gagnon, the Master of Ceremonies for the session will be joined by the other CCS2 co-producer Peter Kageyama who will moderate the session.
