CAD Centric OneView Lite Downloads Surpass 10,000 Copies

CAD Centric Systems Reports Over Ten Thousand Viewer Downloads
Popularity of OneView Lite Explodes

Cincinnati, October 16, 2002: CAD Centric Systems, The Document Distribution Company, has surpassed the 10,000-copy milestone of its OneView Lite software application.

"The popularity of OneView Lite, as demonstrated by achieving the milestone of 10,000 downloads, further signifies the importance of distributing 3D CAD data enmasse," stated Doug Dennis, President of CAD Centric Systems. "With the announcements of support for DirectModel (JT) and Stereo Lithography (STL), we have seen a tremendous increase in the download of our products, literally, we got to the 10,000 unit milestone six months sooner than we anticipated," Dennis continued. "We firmly believe that there's an appetite for 3D beyond what has been delivered by other products on the market. And, Lite seems to be filling that gap," he concluded.

OneView Lite, is CAD Centric's free, light weight viewer designed to distribute 3D engineering CAD data to the masses. Lite currently supports I-DEAS .idi files, HP DirectModel .jt files and industry standard .stl files. It is available for free download from CAD Centric's web site at www.cadcentric.com/lite.

OneView Lite leverages the capabilities of CAD Centric's OneView application, which views both 2D drawing data and 3D model and assembly information generated by many of today's CAD systems. With OneView, corporate users have access to both model and drawing information from an integrated viewer. This allows for comprehensive design reviews which require access to engineering, design, manufacturing, and production data from a unified viewer.
