The Brown-Wilson Group, an outsourcing industry intelligence and data reporting firm, in coordination with its research effort entitled The Black Book of Outsourcing, surveyed more than 18,000 executives from corporations, businesses, organizations and government agencies who use, offer or are employed in outsourcing services about their outsourcing user experience.
