GuideTech Announces Programming Tool for Teradyne

SUNNYVALE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—June 11, 2007— GuideTech, the leading provider of high-throughput precision test and measurement instruments for the semiconductor design and manufacturing industries, today announced a new test program development tool for the Teradyne IG-XL.

"In reviewing our new installations, it was clear our Teradyne customers were under extreme time pressure to develop and deploy production test programs," said Frank McKiney, GuideTech's CEO and president.
