The Carlson Marketing Group was recognized for outstanding community service. Dilip Mullick, president, EWIE, (East West Indian Engineering), won for exemplary entrepreneurship, and Kelly Services was honored for extraordinary efforts in corporate citizenship.

"They take the responsibility to build and grow minority and women-owned suppliers into best-in-class companies and support Ford's view of success by delivering quality products and services in ways that enhance and benefit the society we live in."
The community service award is given to the diverse supplier that is a catalyst for change in the diverse community. Carlson Marketing Group supports the Habitat for Humanity and provides financial support and employee volunteer time to countless community organizations.
The entrepreneurial award given to Mullick goes to a diverse supplier who has overcome difficulties and accepted personal risk to create high value- added business and become a valuable Ford supplier.
Majority tier one supplier Kelly Services received the corporate citizenship award for establishing a successful diverse supplier development program of its own. The winner shares Ford's vision and commitment to expanding opportunities for diverse businesses.
