WALTHAM, Mass.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—October 18, 2006— VISTAGY, Inc., a leading global provider of specialized engineering software, today announced a partnership with Japanese service provider TAC to offer rapid software support and service for design and manufacturing organizations located in Japan. TAC will service current and potential VISTAGY customers. This partnership highlights VISTAGY's committment to providing unsurpassed service and support to its Asia Pacific customers and provides evidence of VISTAGY's continued strong growth in the aerospace and automotive design markets in this region.

TAC will offer product support for many of VISTAGY's specialized engineering software solutions, including FiberSIM(R) composites design software as well as the Airframe Design Environment(TM) for airframe development. VISTAGY's customers will now benefit from a locally-based organization capable of providing immediate responses to questions and needs. TAC will also conduct VISTAGY product training at its Tokyo facilities as well as onsite at customer locations.
