Simmetrix Licenses Simulation Modeling Technology

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Sept. 18, 2006— Simmetrix Inc., the leading provider of component software for simulation-based design and CAD/CAE integration, today announced the signing of the 51st license of their simulation technology. The Simmetrix Inc. products have long been leading component software toolkits allowing developers to easily implement geometry-based simulation applications.

Simmetrix toolkits are used in a wide range of simulation-related applications including CFD, electro-magnetic, MEMS, optimization, radiation, structural analysis, and many others. Simmetrix licensees span 11 countries on six continents and include AVL List, CST, Coventor, EMSS, ESI, EXA, Engineous, Fluent, Infolytica, Maya HTT, and Sekisui.
