Seemage Names CEO

Company Primed to Further Expand into U.S. Manufacturing Market

Boston, MA – June 29, 2006 – Seemage™, an emerging leader in the Mockup, Visualization and Publishing (MVP) market today announced the appointment of Chris Williams as CEO. As CEO, Williams assumes world-wide responsibility for the operation and strategy of Seemage.

Williams has 20 years of experience working in the PLM field selling multi-million dollar software and consulting engagements to companies such as Caterpillar, US Surgical, John Deere, and Airbus. As a Senior VP & GM of PTC®, Williams was instrumental in developing the Airbus account into a premier Windchill® customer. Williams brings a focused knowledge and operational experience which will strengthen the offers and deliveries of software and services to Seemage customers.

“We are delighted that Chris is joining Seemage,” said Eric Piccuezzu, Founder and EVP of Products and Strategy of Seemage, Inc. “It is a reflection of the way Seemage is growing. Chris knows very well the technological advances of Seemage’s MVP products, and his experience in maintaining and initiating new business is ideal to continue the expansion of Seemage’s market presence.”

“I chose to join Seemage based on the clear technology and customer leadership position they have developed within a short period of time,” said Williams. “Over the past few years, Seemage has laid the groundwork to provide the most operationally successful applications for visualizing product information through highly interactive user friendly environments. I look forward to expanding Seemage’s world-wide operations and customer base.”
