Cylogic Aerospace Begins Construction Of First Military Rocket Prototype

CALGARY, AB -- (MARKET WIRE) -- Apr 18, 2006 -- Cyberhand Technologies International, Inc. (OTC: CYHD), a company that focuses on aerospace weapons systems and wireless ergonomic products for private and military purposes, announced today that it has begun construction on its first solid rocket prototype. The announcement was made through its military defense division, Cylogic Aerospace.

This Level 1 Version 1 prototype is the first in a series of eight reusable vertical rocket tests that preclude the construction of the more advanced Level II series that will result in the emergence of the Avenger's terrain skimming abilities. The first rocket, which is set to be test-fired May 15th, weather permitting, is limited to a height of 600 feet. The company hopes to double the range in each consecutive successful test and start adding rudimentary telemetry equipment by Level 1 Version 4. This is the first in three level approach to ultimately producing a working prototype of the Avenger command and control, all weather, urban and hostile terrain, anti-personnel missile. It is planned that the Level III prototypes will start using Cylogic Aerospace's Empath Fire Control System currently under development.

Mr. Burke commented, "This prototype will again display our military defense division's approach and our progress with our Avenger Smart Missile project. The Avenger missile, when completed, will be the first human guided, on the fly, target acquisition system. This unit will be able to track targets, follow them in an urban or hostile terrain, and selectively eliminate perceived threats."
