PTC Enhances Global Maintenance Program

Comprehensive Maintenance Offering Helps Customers Achieve Peak Performance and Maximize Return on Software Investment

The Gold Support Package includes telephone support from a global team of more than 200 ISO certified technical experts using one common database. Active maintenance customers receive automatic shipment of new software releases and have anytime access to a suite of web support tools including a knowledge database populated with over 25,000 documents. Regularly scheduled live "tips and techniques" webcasts help users increase proficiency and productivity without ever leaving the office by providing time-saving software usage techniques.

Customers can additionally supplement their free upgrade to the Gold Support Package with a selection of flexible Premium Support Options including:

  • Software Upgrade Installation Management
A new Enterprise Support Package includes many of these premium options packaged together at a discounted price.
