NAFEMS Seminar - "Simulation Versus Reality"

The NAFEMS Seminar, “Simulation versus Reality”, is being held on Monday 7/25/2005 at the Ford Research Laboratory, Dearborn Michigan. The programme for this seminar has now been confirmed, and can be viewed in this e-mail, or online at

Held in conjunction with Ford, the seminar will look to explore the area of validating simulation, with particular emphasis on correlation with real-world testing. The issues surrounding this topic will be closely examined. Papers and case studies will be presented from industrial users, consultants and leading software vendors.

The presentations will give an insight into the challenges, issues, problems and solutions raised by simulation and analysis across industry.

Places are limited and filling fast. Prompt registration is recommended for this event.

As well as these presentations, there will be a round-table discussion on the topic, chaired by NAFEMS Chief Operating Officer Tim Morris, to enable all participants to discuss and develop their ideas in this area.

The seminar is ideally suited to anyone working with engineering analysis from the level of design engineer, through to senior analysts and simulation managers.

Attendance at this one day event will cost only $95, and will include refreshments and lunch. The attendance fee has been discounted to encourage attendance at this important event in the establishment of NAFEMS North America.
