Lattice3D Announces Record Quarter and Over 30% Sequential Growth

3D XVL Publishing Applications Attract Major Customers, Reseller Partnerships, OEM Implementations

LOS ALTOS, CA, July 12, 2005 - Lattice3D, the leader in 3D Publishing and Communications, today announced that its second quarter sales in 2005 achieved a landmark level, growing sequentially by more than 30% over Q1 and more than tripling 2004 Q2 revenues. The company added prestigious customers in all its target markets – new customers in defense, aerospace and automotive industries including three Boeing Divisions, not previously Lattice3D customers and Mid-Western Aircraft, SEI, Seidenader, Heller and two additional Toyota companies.

Lattice3D develops and markets leading 3D Communication and Publishing applications on a robust platform to enable the rapid use of 3D data assets downstream of design. 3D CAD models and designs can be used directly in print and online user and employee manuals, parts lists, maintenance instructions, assembly instructions, IETMs and more.

"Q2 was a repeat of Q1 both in year over year and sequential growth. The 3D Publishing Market is growing well and Lattice3D is gaining market share," said Alexander Garcia-Tobar, CEO, Lattice3D. "We are proud and delighted that our customers recognize the powerful combination of our ultra-compressed 3D XVL format, our 3D publishing applications, and our robust backend integration platform capabilities. It's satisfying to see a balanced mix of significant new customers and substantial repeat business from existing customers - this bodes well for Lattice3D's continued future growth."

The 3D publishing market is quickly gaining momentum and is becoming a valuable and necessary addition to design and manufacturing processes. 3D publishing and communications solutions enable the rapid re-use of 3D CAD data for 3D design review, 3D parts lists, 3D technical documentation, 3D training materials, 3D manufacturing communications, 3D web sites and more.

"The accelerating adoption of XVL by Fortune 500 companies is introducing Lattice3D and its resellers to the partners and supply chains of those companies. As a result Lattice3D resellers, most recently Tedopres, Xeltec and Acadis, are rapidly expanding sales in North America, Europe and Asia," said Jeff Drust, VP business development, marketing and channels, Lattice3D. "And XVL integrations, most recently with CoCreate, ImpactXoft and WebSphere, are facilitating '3D Everywhere' to drive better innovation, collaboration and communication in any application that could use 3D data. Bottom-line, XVL is the ultra-compressed 3D format of choice."
