Former Oracle and Network Associates Executive Brings More Than 20 Years of Worldwide Sales, Operations, and Business Development Success to Accelerate Citadon Leadership in Solutions for Collaboration and Content-Process Fusion
San Francisco, California - October 8, 2004 - Citadon, the leader in integrated Web-based collaboration, document management and business process management solutions, today announced the appointment of Michael Wallach as Executive Vice President of Sales for Americas and Asia-Pacific. Prior to Citadon Mr. Wallach served in senior management positions at Oracle Corporation and Network Associates where he was instrumental to the success of several new, high-growth business divisions.

Mr. Wallach brings to Citadon more than 20 years of enterprise software sales and business development experience. At Network Associates, Mr. Wallach served as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas region, before being promoted to President of their new Security Business Unit. Both of these divisions experienced significant growth under his leadership.
Over a successful nine-year span at Oracle Corporation, Mr. Wallach was instrumental in establishing and building the Telecom and Utility vertical sales organization, and launching Oracle's new application software business. Under his leadership, both organizations enjoyed significant revenue growth.
Mr. Wallach has built sales and services teams at several software start-ups - most recently as Senior Vice President of Global Field Operations for Seven Networks. Prior experience includes sales and management positions at McCormack and Dodge, Control Data and Hewlett Packard.
Mr. Wallach holds a Bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Colorado.
