ACUITIV Signs Distribution Agreement With Seomoon Technologies, Inc.

BATAVIA, Ill.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Aug. 23, 2004— ACUITIV(TM) Software ( www.acuitiv.com), a leading provider of next-generation Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) visualization software, today announced a distribution agreement with Seomoon Technologies, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement Seomoon will offer ACUITIV Software's CFD visualization solution throughout South Korea and will provide sales, service and support. This announcement adds significantly to ACUITIV's worldwide distribution network already residing in Germany, the United Kingdom, Singapore and Southeast Asia, some of the fastest growing markets for CFD worldwide.
