Xicor Announces Precision 2.5V FGA Voltage References; New X60008-25 Family Features +/-0.5mV Accuracy, 3 ppm/degrees C Temp-Co and 500nA ISUPPLY

MILPITAS, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—May 12, 2004— Xicor(R), Inc. (Nasdaq: XICO), a leading supplier of high performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, today announced new 2.5V additions to its rapidly expanding line of ultra low power precision voltage references. The X60008-25 family of voltage references feature guaranteed initial accuracy as low as +/-0.5mV, temperature coefficients as tight as 3 ppm/degrees C and 10 ppm/1,000 Hrs long-term stability. In addition, the X60008-25 family consumes only 500 nA of supply current.
