During this two and one-half day workshop, attendees will learn the skills they need to plan and conduct internal quality audits. Attendees will learn the purpose and benefits of internal auditing, major steps for implementing an internal auditing program, auditing policies and procedures, requirements of quality system documentation, questioning techniques, hands-on auditing techniques, as well as how to prepare, conduct and report an internal audit. (Attendees should have a basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.) Internal Auditor Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the workshop. Additionally, the requirements of the Aerospace Standard AS 9100 will be covered. Senior Quality Consultant, Geoffrey Downer, who has over 15 years of experience in Quality Management, will be presenting.
