DCS Vice President to Present “How to Leverage Measurement Data for Process Improvement” at AeroDef Conference

TROY, Mich., March 22, 2010 -- Dimensional Control Systems, Inc. (DCS), provider of dimensional engineering software solutions and consulting services, today announced that Vice President Donald Jasurda will address aerospace and defense engineers and manufacturers at the AeroDef Manufacturing Conference. The event will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California from April 5 through 7.

Jasurda's presentation is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on April 7. He will focus on “Manufacturing Quality Management – Leveraging Your Measurement Data for Engineering Process Improvement.” He will describe how aerospace and defense engineers can maximize their use of measurement data beyond part acceptance and problem identification in order to achieve ongoing process improvements. By aggregating the existing data, they can make the most use of this valuable information to fully support continuous improvement.

The AeroDef Manufacturing Conference brings together aerospace and defense engineers and manufacturing professionals from around the globe to share knowledge of the latest innovations in aerospace and defense manufacturing.

"I'm pleased to address this group of aerospace and defense professionals," said Jasurda. "As manufacturers work to shorten cycle times and meet ever-decreasing budgets, it is essential that they maximize their use of measurement data to achieve ongoing process improvements. I hope to help them accomplish this.”
